This position will be responsible to conceptualize, assess, design and develop highly interactive online learning courses that target learning objectives to close employee performance gaps within the business areas.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage Assessment Management System (AMS, i.e. Pedagogue) and survey software; ensure timely administration of relevant coursework in AMS and survey administration software.
This individual is primarily responsible for developing content for a variety of delivery platforms while applying adult learning concepts. This means demonstrating efficiency through analysis of customers' needs, partnering with subject matter experts, developing courses that cater to all levels of the sales force, measuring the effectiveness and managing new and ongoing projects.
