In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate across HR, Recruiting, and ITS to ensure all impacted internal support groups are aware of tactical activities for each conduct as well as planning for future conducts.
The HRIS Specialist supports the benefit and payroll functions in their use of the HRIS including the time and attendance system, leave of absence, benefit enrollment, hires, terminations and all other events impacting employee records.
In this role, you will work on projects large in scope that increase employee engagement, ease of use tools and improve existing programs. Support cross-functional, cross-departmental teams to address process changes of varying complexity.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Employee Relations (ER) support to managers and team members including administering employment policies and practices and researching and/or investigating team member concerns and making recommendations that effectively promote positive employee relations.
In this role, you will work with business partners to create action plan that is specific, measurable, actionable, realistic and time bound with appropriate accountability for failing to remedy associate engagement opportunities.
