Work with business leaders to ensure there is a rigorous, effective performance management process for employees across the business, including production/metric reviews, performance feedback and performance improvement plans.
Manage and deliver on unit specific projects, embed the adoption of Mars signature programs and P&O foundations into the organization, interface with Line Managers, and communicate emerging business needs to CoEs.
