This position is responsible for prospecting and selling logistics services to new customers as well as growing and retaining business in existing network of company owned and/or sales agent stations for expedited freight transportation.
Primary Objective: You will process payrolls and manage 150-200 clients needs regarding employee set up, processing payrolls and producing reports that fit clients needs. You will be responsible for coaching your clients on their use of our payroll software and related payroll systems.
Sells the companys lower complexity products and/or services via telephone or electronic inquiries. Lower complexity products and/or services may include PCs, printers, office equipment, and boxed software. Responds to customer inquiries regarding order delivery.

The Customer Account Representatives major role is to accurately process transactions within assigned accounts. Equally important is to manage J&Ls assets to maximize profits while helping to grow the business.
Conduct sales visits to customer locations. Duties include meeting with key contacts (Administrator, Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Business Office Manager) at group customer locations to reinforce and sell company value prop, facilitate on-boarding and initial customer location ordering , support key sales initiatives as directed by National Account Managers, manage utilization and formulary adherence, particularly with customers using pricing models and support company Brand and other product conversions.
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Delivers a unique customer experience aimed to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. From a variety of customer interactions, participates in proactive sales and service activities and identifies referral opportunities.
