The primary responsibility of the Controller is to provide financial management and leadership to increase the value of the company and maintain, through continuous improvement initiatives, a financial function which provides a competitive advantage.
The Controller is responsible for the companys financial and accounting policies, systems and processes, treasury, tax and regulatory requirements, internal controls, ongoing financial modeling, payroll, account receivables/payables and annual business plan.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for monthly closing and reconciliation reports, such as cash, inventory, fixed assets, etc.; maintain support documents in organized manner for audit purposes.
The will assist in driving operational efficiency, delivering cost saving initiatives and achieving performance targets. Prior ERP system experience is required and Excel skills of v+h look up's, pivot tables and macro experience.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership and direction for all personnel regarding issues such as overall profitability and cash flow management, capital expenditures and customer profitability, information systems, human resource issues and banking and audit relationships.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide solutions across a wide variety of industries, companies, and functional disciplines. On a daily basis, you will work directly with accounting, finance and operating executives at the clients we serve.
In this role, you will be responsible to manage, monitor and administer financial database operations to ensure accuracy of the financial reporting data used to interpret operating results to management.
The Controller will have full responsibility for Controlling and Administrative functions of financial operations. Direct the analysis and preparation of all financial reports including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, cash flow, tax reports, capital expenditures etc. making sure financial documents are accurate and timely.
