The Clinical Client Operations Pharmacist will work within the vendor transition area on new client implementations related to prior authorizations; work with various clinical forms related to client formulary to ensure previous vendor member overrides are properly compared to all clinical programs and formularies.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leveraging your presentation skills by delivering quarterly and annual reporting, in partnership with the account owner, to clients on the clinical aspects of their benefit plan.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the research of new and existing medications and the evaluation of medical literature; must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
In this role, the selected candidate develops and maintains competency for clinical pharmacy practice including determining appropriate drug therapy for patients, prevention/resolution of drug related problems, and dispensing and compounding skills consistent with good pharmaceutical practice.
