Insures that cordial relationships are maintained with patients, their families and friends, clergy, and other interested groups in the community; plans and recommends to Administration new facilities or equipment, or modification thereto, needed to provide patient care.

Promote and increase awareness of communication programs, standards of business conduct, and understanding of new and existing compliance issues, advise and train business units in carrying out their compliance programs, and manage our Compliance Hotline and related online compliance reporting system.
Lead and implement the clinical direction for the organization by defining and articulating clinical strategy/roadmap,clinical policy and procedure and clinical programs to meet organizational quality and growth objectives.
