The System Performance Analyst main role is to conduct in-depth analysis and design remedial steps to permanently resolve on-going performance problems to these critical systems as quickly as possible.
Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization. Serves as a liaison between engineering, quality assurance and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development and deployment process.
As an SAP Analyst you will be a lead resource for a project team of developers, analysts and users, including multiple locations, for development of business systems; be a change agent to adopt process and IT systems changes; and analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates. Must be able to effectively and efficiently interface and coordinate work with business partners in remote locations.
Review and monitor all KPIs and be involved in discussion on how to grow and improve the business sections plans to improve the volume and profitability of assigned brands within established objectives.
This position will be responsible for key in-house strategic processes and management of junior resources; the ideal candidate will have in depth expertise with crafting functional design documents and exposure to project management.
This position will be responsible to work collaboratively with the NMPP team as well as departments across Northwestern Medicine to complete projects in support of the implementation of value based contracts, the clinical integration program and population health initiatives.
