In this role, you will be responsible for the ownership of collateral/assets for positioning practice areas inside and outside of the U.S. with a focus on retirement plan consulting, healthcare analytics, multinational benefits & HR consulting, international benefits & HR consulting, institutional investment & fiduciary consulting.
In this role, you will help customers in the implementation and validation of new methods in their laboratories. Other customer service activities will include an outstanding technical support and the structured collection of customer feedback.
In this role, the selected candidate will interpret and explain business/marketing policies and programs to employees in order to maintain consistency and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring that market and territory strategies are fully executed.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure successful customer service delivery as well as recovery; Serves as local point of contact for customer service communication & follow- up coordination with the call center and overall issue resolution.
In this role, you will be responsible for
manages team performance, holding all members accountable for achieving results using appropriate protocols and best business practices; monitors ongoing performance metrics to ensure early intervention and effective corrective action.
In this role, you will analyze store exception reporting, inventory reporting, CCTV, incident reporting and other information and trends for further internal and external investigation. Partner with local law enforcement and retail network to drive case resolution.
