In this role, you will collaborate with Farm Bureau Agents working with both perspective and current client-members to drive the acquisition of profitable new business through leads and field work, specifically through in-person client-member interactions.
In this position, you will develop and maintains a loan underwriting portfolio consistent with the Bank's guidelines for credit quality and Investor or Insurer standards. Approves and/or denies loans within certain limits and makes credit structure and loan eligibility decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for recognize and solicit up/cross-sell opportunities on new and renewal Middle Market accounts beyond Core MM capabilities; ensure account is handled appropriately across all coverage lines.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze plan characteristics, assess past experience as to frequency and severity of loss, assess current ongoing risks, utilizes established underwriting criteria, policies and methodologies to establish a profitable quote / pricing.
