Facilitate the preparation, review and approval necessary for the RFCC (request for customer contract) process for assigned business segment, interfacing with all levels within the sales organization, operations and product management.

Provides financial analyses of mortgage revenue related to actual results, budgets, and forecasts for all levels of management within the Home Mortgage business. This includes Net Interest Income and pipeline analysis.
The Senior Financial Analyst position will work closely with the Business Units, Treasury and Controllers organization colleagues across the world to ensure that business requirements are supported appropriately.
Provides leadership with interpretive and predictive financial information to make business performance assessments and capital investment decisions using sensitivity, pro forma, and cause-and-effect analysis.
This includes explaining financial performance and variances from forecast and budget, producing other monthly and quarterly financial reports for the business leadership, and ad hoc financial reporting. This position will also be responsible for monthly forecasts and the annual planning process.
The Sr. Financial Analyst conducts highly technical accounting-based research and analysis projects to provide senior management with definitive financial data and advice for their use in setting and achieving profit objectives.
Conduct statistical analysis, modeling, and other quantitative techniques that are often used to answer business questions, identify issues and/or recommend courses of action in the course of analysis for Assets and Liabilities.
