The Agronomy Sales Leader position as a member of team is responsible for providing strategic sales and marketing leadership to our Agronomy business unit. Other areas of focus include; continue growing cross-selling initiative, coach our sales team through the sales process, manage day to day sales activities of our sales team members, work with our Agronomy Leader to recommend product and service enhancements based on market information and our customers needs.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience developing a sales strategy, including the techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment, and in business development activities including prospecting, networking, and partnering.
The Technical Sales Rep will be responsible for all sales activities and sustainable sales growth in the Midwest region for the mold release product category; sales activities will be with direct account responsibilities and effective use of the Companys authorized distributors.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage a complex customer relationship/model by understanding the customer's business needs, working with key influencers in the organization, and enhancing the sale and managing growth within a specific geographic region.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with Buying Groups and facilitate excellent communications with Buying Group headquarter teams, and internally to company sales team.
In this role, the selected candidate will prospect new business opportunities using CRM, social media sites and partnership relationships; organize and manage a multi-stage process pipeline in a CRM, documents all activity and provides accurate forecasting.
