The Major Business Development Manager Cleaning, Breakroom & Facilities Solutions (CBFS) sales position solicits, sells, implements and expands potential new CBFS opportunities in close coordination with the assigned general line sales representative.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for business development activities and sales that maintain and grow existing business and create new business opportunities within personal care contract manufacturing.
The Sr. Software Sales Manager for mobility software sales will be responsible for the North America market. S/he will create, implement, and execute new business sales objectives for a team of approximately 6 - 10 sales representatives.
Manage the Sales and Marketing Reps under direction from the GM manage employee development, hiring and training, performance reviews, salary administration and daily coaching of employees to help them achieve sales and personal goals.
To manage and maximize service and retention efforts with assigned clients to achieve disciplined and profitable growth and retention; this will be accomplished through the development of strong relationships, proactive actions, achievement of operation goals, while maximizing efficiencies.
Sets and executes the medium to long-term strategic direction and operating plans for the ISMC business at Amazon. Synthesizes required information and coordinates decision-making and operational/strategic planning to support the overall growth strategy.
Provide supervision to Key Accounts Manager which includes objective setting, performance management, and motivating, as well as training and coaching. Approves assigned programs and budget deviations as well as overall resources to meet business objectives.
Ensuring implementation of division top priorities, in partnership with division marketing team, through execution of ASD sales and channel plans that align with largest opportunities to achieve financial and business objectives.
