The selected candidate will motivate and provide logistical support to campus recruiting teams; including senior leaders.Maintain an understanding of competitors recruitment programs and offer packages.
In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with client managers to address employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner and address, investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
