In this role, you will be responsible for the completion of the RAI process. Completes the MDSs per schedule while assuring accuracy of the documentation. Leading, supervising and mentoring the staff nurses and NARs in relation to care planning, case mix and MDS, and other clinical needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing IV nursing care in the home or ambulatory setting, performing in - hospital discharge assessments and occasional IV hook - ups, teaching patients about their home infusion therapy, and providing ongoing monitoring of their treatment.
Operating Room Registered Nurse position: Included weekend call responsibilities approximately every 6th weekend.Call hours are above the scheduled FTE hours includes weekends and nights, Scheduled shifts vary and included PMs.
