This position is responsible for leadership and management of ingredient procurement for company owned feed mills and toll mills. Knowledge and skills necessary include understanding of ingredient commodity markets, swine nutrition, relative value of ingredients, supplier management, industry regulations, and transportation logistics is necessary.
In this role, you will conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets, collaborating with a variety of internal/external partners to maximize selection, developing promotions and continuously improving customer experience.
