This role will focus on utilizing portfolio and project management methodologies, along with technical knowledge, to ensure progress of key technology and product development efforts required to support the innovative product pipelines across the enterprise.
The Director of Project Management is responsible for client satisfaction, determining and implementing efficient and best practices leading to a successful partnership, balancing client and team need.
The Project Director also serves as the Secretary to the Committee on Credit and Risk Management. Responsibilities include coordinating all support meetings with CCRM chairs office; working with CCRM chairs office to ensure timely handling of all CCRM business; creating and/or compiling meeting materials; and supporting CCRM members with all CCRM-related needs.
Identify demand management and other re-engineering opportunities to reduce costs and gain efficiencies. Define financial models for cost estimating of the services provided. Measure client service levels through performance scorecards and feedback sessions with key business partners.
