Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition creation in a web-base, state of the art workforce management tool, candidate review and short-listing, interview scheduling and follow-up.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee all digital advertising campaigns including, but not limited to, front-end research, order entry, creative management, campaign optimization, and post-sale activity.

This position will focus on submission publication support, Unique Device Identification (UDI) rule implementation, Global Trade Identification Number (GTIN) support and other changing regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will develop and drive strategic sales activity and thought leadership around Contact Center solutions through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, channels, product management and other advanced technologies.
