The Telecom Engineer will design, configure, manage, troubleshoot, support and implement the Telecom/Network Infrastructure. Will also perform limited project management with some coordination of efforts by various support staff.
Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g. solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans);ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT goals/objectives.
Build automation scripts/applications to support network and firewall analysis and implementations. Includes data aggregation from various sources, complex data logic, API calls, automation scripts, user interfaces, documentation, and training.

The Information Security Engineer will conduct auditing activities of information systems and is a key resource in architecting and implementing controls in support of information security strategic goals, and compliance with policies and procedures.
The Network Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our data/voice networks and network infrastructure, including the administration and configuration of Altra's switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to unified communications systems configuration, management, diagrams, procedures and processes; collaborate with IT and business staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of unified communications systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
Conducts detailed analysis and study of customer requirements for new or existing projects to determine feasibility, cost and time required, and compatibility with current systems and hardware capabilities.
