The successful candidate has a history of exceeding sales. You have grown an impressive pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity, and simple hard work. You also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers, including the C Suite.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing industry expertise technical support and presenting technical solutions to the sales and business solution teams that result in retaining and increasing revenue and clients.
Must have excellent human relations, management, and communications skills; must be accountable, adaptable, flexible, creative, dependable, responsible, and able to perform well within multifunctional environments, and be customer-focused.
This role will provide business analysis of our customer requirements, develop sales forecasts and plans to meet those demands, and will develop key relationships, both internally and with external customers to ensure that our orders are filled in full and on time.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Account Executives in order to guide and support them with IM&A opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for generating direct sales cycles.
Responsible for generating short / mid and long term revenue for the business in his/her respective region by working closely together with marketing, finance, product management, professional services and Commercial Excellence.
Respond to selected inbound customer sales inquiries in a professional, efficient and service-oriented manner. Accurately answer customer questions, and seek additional information necessary to satisfy customers questions and concerns.
