In this role, you will lead the drafting of conceptual facility layouts, dust control systems, spouting, ducting, material handling and model 3D equipment for projects, including grain export terminals, mills, cement facilities, and other agricultural and industrial projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for
drive various aspects of product development activities including mechanical design, evaluation of new product opportunities, product validation activities, and development and execution of characterization testing.
In this role, you will work closely with Program Managers, Customer Business Managers, and customers to create and evaluate opportunities to develop new products. The selected candidate will develop and maintain long-term technical relationships with key customers to gather competitive intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
The Manufacturing Engineer is primarily responsible for supporting all production operations (e.g. Plastic Injection Molding, Assembly and Product/Preparation/Packaging), working with teams on implementing Continuous Improvement & Safety initiatives, recommending and implementing capital improvement projects, and supporting New Product Development Activities.
In this role, you will develop schedules, utilize work management tools, perform assignments for engineering related activities to support site and fleet goals. Perform other duties and activities as assigned.
The selected candidate will create and maintain documentation of detailed design documents, diagrams, engineering specifications, build changes, models, troubleshooting and support guides, systems metrics, and overall project information (including key deliverables).
In this role, the selected candidate will provide overall technical leadership for assigned product development projects and product enhancement projects; provide leadership in manufacturing process development and implementation.
