In this role, you will deliver projects as committed - Construct, track and execute documentation to support the project such as project plans, Gantt and other charts, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, SOPs, training and program notes; deliver projects as committed.
In this role you will develop / contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders (e.G., cost / benefit analysis, capital planning, staffing impact analysis / assessment)
In this role, you will create and manage project plans, risk trackers, and other standard project management documentation; hold teams accountable and effectively manage through influence to drive results.
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the management of customer specific engagements to implement company HCM solutions. Leveraging company implementation methodology the Project Manager drives the delivery of services according to the agreed upon scope, timeline and budget and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
