The ADS Process Improvement Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of system process improvements. This position will assist in the creation, development, testing, implementation and monitoring of system changes and upgrades.
In this role, the selected candidate will exhibit strong understanding of integrated marketing communications programs and the process for creative design and development and materials trafficking process, and advocate for these processes as needed.

In this role, the selected candidate will eb implementing proven operational best practices; facilitating and leading change through kaizen events; providing hands-on support and any necessary training during implementation.
Analyzing part drawings and related engineering data to determine the operation necessary for the fabrication and assembly of product. Developing and writing sequence of operations and time estimates for each operations specification.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the effort to implement best practices; Coaching and training direct reports and plant leaders in lean manufacturing and problem-solving principles; Assisting and mentoring direct reports, plant management and CI teams with planning and facilitation of strategic plans, kaizen workshops and other lean activities.
