In this role, you will perform medical service procedures and protocols that promote resident physical health, well-being and ensure related staff training. The selected candidate will monitor and provide medical care for clients in a residential treatment facility.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with resident assessments and the implementation of our residents individualized care plan, document new physician orders and communicate to staff, observe, document, and report changes in resident condition, partner with other healthcare staff to maintain compliance with state and federal regulation and Lighthouse protocols.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct total office call and/or in-service sessions to educate physicians, nurses, infusion centers, and office staff on patient services and patient identification.
The RN supervises and coordinates care provided to patients by the LPN, Patient Care Assistants and other nursing team members. The RN facilitates communication with physicians, patient and family, other departments and/or team members.
In this role, the selected candidate will assess plans, implement and coordinate a plan of care for residents in pertinent areas; assure medications and treatments are administered to assigned residents.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you coordinate timely and accurate patient assessments, interventions and evaluations with supporting documentation in the patients record to assure that desired resident outcomes and standards of patient care are met.
The position exists to provide member education, support and referrals. A nurse guide engages the member and helps him or her to navigate the healthcare system. Specifically, the position serves members with a variety of health care needs, responds to member inquiries for clinical and resource information and focuses on quality, costeffective care.
