The Branch Manager recognizes and anticipates the needs of the branch to meet budget goals and comply with all banking laws and regulations. Branch Managers actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers.
The Branch Manager has overall leadership responsibility for the critical issues of branch sales, operations and profitability including: budgeting, gross margins, operating expenses, warehouse, safety, customer service, inventory, equipment, building, community relations, and resolution of personnel issues.
In this role, you will develop personal book of business and drive personal practice. Facilitate effective sales meetings and holding workplace/corporate seminars. Service the client: analyzing client cases and providing a broad set of product solutions.
The In-Store Manager is responsible for managing and anticipating the needs of the branch, including driving sales, stellar customer service, complying with regulations and policy requirements, and facility management.
