In this role, the selected candidate will be joining a team that comprises of various specializations of Program Management, Graphics Enablement, Board Design, Silicon Design, Software Development and System Engineering.
In this role, you will be responsible to
collaborate with team members and participate in meetings to obtain items for publication and to verify facts and clarify information. This includes travel to customer sites to gather information on technical instructions.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of the change process for externally purchased products and components, including timelines, budgets, and reports to ensure all deliverables associated with the change are completed on time and within budget.
In this role, you will write, rewrite and/or edit technical documents such as technical procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, spare parts lists.
In this role, youll be coordinating among our Product, Client Services and Technology teams in writing, editing, and overhauling product integration (API) documentation, user help and release notes on our SaaS products while providing recommendations on appropriate formats based on the knowledge you gain from working with our talented team.
