The Senior Account Executive is the catalyst behind Genesys success as an organization. As a consultative sales professional, the Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects and current customers.
The ideal candidate will have an appreciation of either open-source, datacentre, infrastructure or big data software solutions and will have experience of selling any one or a combination of these solutions to enterprise accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in new business. Ideal candidates will have a hunter attitude, as well as experience growing and maintaining relationships throughout their territory.
Work closely with large, strategic current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for driving broad-based needs analysis within target organizations across the Health-Wealth-Career solution spectrum to identify potential opportunities for company solutions.
Develops and implements account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives. Analyzes multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer/partner problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution.
