Gain familiarity with existing production hardware and provide sustaining engineering support to the manufacturing personnel; participate in failure investigations and recommend/implement corrective actions.
Development of HVAC system construction documents (drawings and specifications) for a variety of commercial, institutional and industrial clients including boiler and chiller plants and air distribution systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise the day-to-day activities of other Manufacturing Engineers as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely completion of technical projects.
This position will be responsible for specifying and procuring new equipment and tooling, managing equipment and facilities projects from conception through completion, including determining and meeting change control requirements.
The primary responsibility of the position is the engineering of chiller systems. In this capacity, the engineer will be primarily responsible to participate in engineering activities on chiller products, including design of the pressure vessels, heat exchangers, chiller system and laboratory chiller testing.
