In this role, the selected candidate must have a proven experience of the latest design verification methodology such as assertion coverage based driven verification (code & functional coverage), constraint random test generation, and familiar with the latest languages such as SystemVerilog, UVM/OVM, SystemC/C++,SVA.
The successful candidate will be expected to design burners (stainless steel and refractory components), manage the fabrication process, commission and start up the oxy - fuel burners at global customer locations as well as work closely with R&D combustion engineers on development projects at the praxair Technology Center.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong knowledge of clock domain crossing; understanding of hardware and software interaction within a system; proficient in Perl, C++ and System Verilog.

The Senior Design Engineer will be a member of the R&D Applications Equipment team. In this role, he or she will lead the design and implementation of oxy-fuel combustion burners and associated process equipment for new process application development and commercial technology implementation.
In this role, you will coordinate and perform electrical engineering design and analysis for nuclear and other industrial plants to meet expectations of the project design team and client representatives.
