The quality assurance (qa) manager has the authority for and responsibility of developing,
implementing, and improving the laboratory quality system that meets the requirements set
forth in the testamerica quality management plan (qmp).
In this role, you will maintains a thorough understanding of all products manufactured by the suppliers and co- mfg. plant as well as the raw materials, packaging materials, and operations required in the manufacturing process including quality specifications and standards.
In this role, you will develop, implement and manage the Construction Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for all the temporary and pertinent works, in partnership with the responsible design engineers and construction team members.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead and manage a team of IT analysts and off-shore vendors in levels 1 & 2 production support of our e-commerce website, including monitoring and reporting, issue triaging, root cause analysis, bug fixes, enhancements, system testing, and production deployments.
In this position, you will participate in key project milestones to assure QCD achievement.Includes all Team Meetings, Design Reviews, Delivery reviews, Gate Reviews, Project Reviews and Risk Management sessions as maybe required to support the field modifications for the project.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the remediation activities resulting from a regulatory inspection at processing facilities as assigned. Remediation required as a result of an inspection will be immediately addressed with a corrective action plan to first direct the timely implementation at the inspected facility followed by a comprehensive assessment of the division to identify and correct systemic findings.
