Provide overall responsibility for clinical care and educational activities for our Behavioral Health Program that includes an 18-bed inpatient psychiatric unit and a 30-bed chemical dependency inpatient rehabilitation unit, and three outpatient clinics.
Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols; assist colleagues in follow-up and future management of the patient.
Lead the implementation of medical practices to assess new indications, the treating community, patient pathways, identifying patients for clinical research and to develop a thorough understanding of the disease area.
Represents, leads and promotes the company as the scientific partner of choice through thought leadership and influence of key opinion leaders on the fundamental issues affecting the industry within the designated therapeutic areas.
Direct and develop the veterinary, technical and administrative staff towards the goal of quality patient care and excellent client service; assist in the formulation of objectives and policies to ensure efficient and profitable hospital operations.
