An individual who will: manage process documents, tooling and fixturing for programs; drive continuous improvement utilizing LeanSix Sigma tools; perform ergonomic assessments and provide typical Manufacturing Engineering rigor required for Aerospace Industry product realization.

In this role, the selected candidate will maintain performance management KPIs and board and participate in performance management meetings; review and revise organization systems and procedures related to ME responsibilities.
Analyze In-service reliability and maintenance data from operators to assess their performance. Calculate statistics and assess in-service reliability performance of systems and components for CRJ and Q Series aircraft programs using data from the MDA FRACAS database.
This position will independently provide and direct technical validation engineering support for process and/or equipment upgrades, replacements, and modifications in manufacturing and manufacturing support environments.
Prepares estimates of tooling requirements and of fabrication, assembly, integration, test, and other manufacturing labor content by analyzing blueprints, models, sketches, or engineering descriptions.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for design of building mechanical systems (HVAC) including appropriate system concepts, calculations, energy modeling, layout, sizing, selections, specifications and coordination.
