In this position, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle from both the candidate and client perspective by assessing candidates skills, cold call business development, playing matchmaker between the candidate and client and overseeing the interview process.
As a recruitment consultant, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of recruitment. Your responsibilities will include building your own business on the client and candidate side (don't worry - we have the largest database of candidates and clients to help you get up and running).
This position is responsible for building lasting relationships with new and existing dealers. Solicits new business across all product categories and is also responsible for selling and educating the dealer base on marketing as an investment. Finally, accountable to achieving key metrics that support success for an inside sales manager.
The Inside Sales Analyst is responsible for measuring and satisfying D-R objectives and goals for quote and order cycle time, and pricing responsibility to meet the margin objectives of the Product Line.
