In this role, you will be responsible for
leading restoration of site impacting incidents through ownership of outage bridge calls, triaging and investigation of infrastructure and application health, and orchestration of available resources to drive resolution of degraded systems as quickly as possible.
In this role, the selected candidate applies comprehensive knowledge of theoretical project management concepts, principles, and practices to guide the completion of tactical or strategic projects that are high in complexity.
In this role, the selected candidate will experience leading projects involving the application of technology to solve human resource needs such as: Health and welfare or flexible benefits plan administration, HR self service (IVR, web, etc.), HR systems integration, HR shared services or HRIS/payroll; prior experience as a health and welfare administration project manager preferred.
In this role, youll effectively manage all district activities to ensure delivery of on-site support services, while also effectively controlling expenses and assets, to promote and improve customer and employee satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience with Customer 360, Profitability, Marketing, Regulatory and Risk Reporting Projects working with data in a Financial Services environment is desired.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the project manager. This includes understanding project goals, deadlines, priorities, resource administration, financial management, and assistance in preparing presentations and general coordination / administrative tasks, which may include some meeting scheduling.
In this role, you will perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to process and work flows. Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to: configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering and solution design.
