Conducts workforce analysis, to assist in the development and execution of programs supporting staffing requirements. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions for operational staffing levels. Utilizes applicant tracking system to effectively manage candidate workflow.
In this role, you will provide leadership, expert knowledge and support to managers and employees with respect to all human resource functions including : employee relations, compensation, pension and benefits, performance management, recruitment, training, disability management, and human resources systems.
This position serves as the strategic HR partner to an assigned group of colleges and divisions of the University to deliver value-added services and guidance that reflect and further the University's goals and objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
In this role, you will align all HR programs, processes and tools with both the short/long-term business objectives and action plans with a focus on the Eaton Philosophy & Values in the context of doing business right.
