This role will be responsible to promote the professional growth and development of the entire food service operations team through training, coaching and mentoring to ensure strong operational performance.
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of the IT data strategy and business data strategy, support the technical needs of the business teams, communicate knowledge and use of data and analytical tools to drive insight into the company Canada lines of business to drive revenue, reduce cost and improve member and partner experience.
This position is primarily responsible for managing our full service restaurant and all-day cafe.The ideal candidate has an exceptional knowledge of food & beverage, creativity and flair; knowledge of business financials, and an ability to lead, train and inspire a large staff.
Lead overall store operations and profitability with responsibility for achieving sales, payroll, and operating contribution results. Hire, develop and inspire a top-performing store team who drive the business and exceed customer expectations.
Establishes and maintains active contact and an effective working relationship with the Client/Contract Administrator, tenants, government departments and agencies, entertainment industry, community and civic organizations, as well as, union representatives (where applicable) to encourage continual and regular use of the facilities.
