Work with project team members to solve difficult mechanical engineering and process equipment related problems, resolve project related issues, and develop fundamental understanding of process and equipment design requirements.
Work closely with your team on strategic current and prospective customers to help define key business needs, and to recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales in your assigned area.
Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, measures and monitors work efforts on a daily basis, identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews; and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Provide direction for maintaining and operating all physical equipment and facilities to ensure proper utilization. Investigate, and where possible, eliminate any mechanical or maintenance problem that is detrimental to meeting production schedules.
Support a critical infrastructure Asset Management Program which includes components for detailed engineering and operational assessment of existing assets, end-of-life analysis and replacement prioritization. Specific engineering focus on formulae for asset replacement prioritization.
