Perform as QA core team member on project teams; as part of the new product introduction (NPI) team, attend team meetings and lead all quality, safety and reliability activities and requirements to ensure product consistently meets all regulatory and customer requirements.

Supervises the day-to-day activities within the framework of established polices and procedures. Responsible for staffing levels as well as recommending solutions for customer complaints. Coordinates with other KIT departments to resolve issues.
Develop interactive web applications (in a CMS or single page applications) that include browse, shop and self-service functions and customer friendly capabilities. A key responsibility is to use your creativity to produce highly responsive and enjoyable web-based user interfaces. The customer should never be confused about what is happening or become frustrated because they dont know what to do next.
This position is responsible for the development of desktop and web based software applications, databases and supports other miscellaneous software development efforts as needed for the Kaman Automation group. The software engineering includes software design, software development and integration.
Conducts walk-through energy assessments of industrial, institutional and large commercial facilities to identify energy conservation opportunities, recommends steps to investigate and provides written reports of findings.
