In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for design of building mechanical systems (HVAC) including appropriate system concepts, calculations, energy modeling, layout, sizing, selections, specifications and coordination.
The selected candidate will performs moderately complex application and storage system upgrades (hardware/software) as well as periodic health checks in accordance with established corporate policies and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will execute and manage product release activities such as product characterization, reliability test and analysis, yield analysis, failure analysis, and development of product test specifications.
The Chief Engineer must ensure the highest level of professionalism, while meeting the clients needs, and a commitment to achieving the goal of 100% uptime throughout the engineering team. Responsible for protecting and improving the value of the clients assets and ensuring that building engineering systems continue to perform their intended function.
In this role, the selected candidate must have strong expertise in understanding and applying analytical outputs from transportation planning modelling tools, such as Synchro, EMME, TransCAD, VISSIM and or equivalent.
In this role, you will work with vendors to understand system features and requirements, work with M&T support resources to define and design infrastructure components or interactions toward implementing platforms to support business and technology roadmaps.
In this role, the selected candidate will drive customer satisfaction through service excellence by conducting preventive maintenance, managing repair/parts cycle times; provide and contribute information such as fault triage and training materials.
