The Director, Information Security Operations and Programs is a senior leadership role accountable for the design, implementation and operation of the Security Operations Center (SOC), an organizational structure with the mandate of providing day-to-day security services to all member organizations of TMX Group Ltd.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with thought leaders and functional leadership within Insurance Operations around effective use of models to address business needs; coach/teach partner areas on creation and ownership of their models to address business needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor product results (i.e., line profitability analysis, quarterly loss trends, utilization/productivity, etc.) and make recommendations for corrective action as necessary.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the leadership and strategy teams to translate the organizational strategy, business/market requirements, product backlog and portfolio investment plan into a segment portfolio vision and an adjunct view of the road map.

In this role, the selected candidate will develop and conduct supplier audits while sourcing new potential suppliers as required; create or improve processes and procedures to meet/exceed corporate performance.
In this role, you will define, prioritize and set the overall roadmap for how a subscriber registers and signs up online, manages their account and preferences, self-service help and interacts with virtual and chat agents.
