In this role, you will assist individuals receiving services in acquiring and/or maintaining the skills, personal habits and positive attitudes that will enable them to maintain and/or enhance their independence.
The position will serve as a subject matter expert for collective impact implementation, developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, funders and community-based organizations to further the goals of the mission area, interacting with senior staff daily.
