The Sales Systems Manager is a member of the Sales Strategy and Operations Team (SSO) accountable for providing reporting, systems support, training and enhancements utilized by the Retail and Head Office teams.
Responsible for identifying and routinely meeting with appropriate stakeholders across academic institutions and additional identified accounts to educate on axi-cel and logistically support the utilization of the therapy post FDA approval.
To manage and maximize service and retention efforts with assigned clients to achieve disciplined and profitable growth and retention; this will be accomplished through the development of strong relationships, proactive actions, achievement of operation goals, while maximizing efficiencies.
Lead overall clinical education effort in territory to accelerate sales to new customers, increase effectiveness of distributors and increase utilization at existing accounts via safe and effective use of the therapy.
