The Analyst Field support is responsible for the validation and installation of new instrumentation for the Molecular Diagnostic product line to ensure they meet Beckman Coulter and customer stated requirements.

In this role, the selected candidate will participate in Solution Requirement Reviews and contribute to a Testing Suitability Analysis for the Solution Requirement documents to influence the quality of the requirements from a testing perspective.
The Analyst will provide high quality analytical support service such as gathering and analyzing Business Process Support data and producing reports in order to provide relevant and up to date information to support decision making.

provide both product and technical support services to our Dynamics GP customers primarily via telephone, email and remote desktop; support, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Dynamics GP.
The Social Media Support Analyst will engage in social media channels to identify and resolve issues impacting Charters customers, leveraging social media listening and response tools as well as deep product knowledge.
