Experimental approaches may include: reaction profiling, design of experiments (DoE), process and impurity fate mapping with spiking & purging, process robustness studies, generation of solubility curves, development of controlled crystallization, isolation and drying processes.
The candidate will work in the Adli lab and will independently develop CRISPR-assisted knock-in strategies to rapidly deplete chromatin regulators and lamina-associated proteins to better understand their roles in 3D and 4D genome organization and gene regulation.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead proposals and projects for government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources to conduct research and evaluation of nutrition interventions and health behaviors in an international context.
Assist in organizing and managing research projects including contribution to development of study protocols, reports and data collection methods, arranging and attendance at project meetings and traveling to client sites as needed.
Searching BS-MS level genotyping scientist familiar with genotyping methods such as: restriction fragment length polymorphism identification; random amplified polymorphic detection; amplified fragment length polymorphism detection, polymerase chain reaction, DNA sequencing, allele specific oligonucleotide probes, and hybridization to DNA microarrays or beads.
