The Human Resources Director strategically leads the HR function for Wholesale and partners with Corporate and Wholesale Business leadership to develop and implement people strategies and improve associate performance.
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reviews to management on your assigned territory and named accounts on a regular basis. Lead the growth and consistent achievement of new sales bookings for their assigned territory and named national accounts.
Develop and maintain annual budgets. Promote and mention an atmosphere of compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations and by performing audits with rigorous review and analysis.
Oversee the selection of new staff, and be responsible for motivating, coaching, developing, and retaining a diverse team of individuals who are technically able and who consistently execute the strategies of the business plan to deliver positive business results.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
