This role is a part of the program management leadership team for the Medicare programs and is responsible for leadership and oversight of effective implementation management and operational performance related to program requirements for assigned operational areas.
Manage and control of internal projects for the business, to ensure project completion on time to budget and meeting customer needs; provide performance monitoring, information and reporting; help diagnose root cause of problems.
Working with multiple internal divisions to support the Business Process Management (BPM) program by facilitating teams to reengineer core processes, engineer new processes, and identify process improvements.

This lead project management role will work with DHHS team and the selected vendor to complete implementation of the system; this position will manage the day to day activities for the project and complete all input to the State Project Management (Touchdown) system.

Management, coordination, and inspection of contractor work while project is in progress and be able to contribute feedback that might make work safer, cheaper, cleaner, lower impact or any other way improve the operational success of the projects.
