This position is responsible for process engineering activities for the compression molding process. The Process Engineer is responsible for layout, improvement and reliability of the compression molding and seals finishing equipment, driving the optimization of equipment factors for OEE. A successful candidate will assist in maximizing the compression molding and finishing operations OEE.
In this role, you will perform internal peer reviews of test cases from other engineers prior to and following execution as required to ensure issues/errors with the test scripts are identified and resolved.
The Control Engineer provides technical information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design requirements; troubleshoots engineering related installation problems; acts as a liaison with the client and/or owner regarding the project process.
In this role, you will define control parameters, develop and maintain monitoring systems to rapidly detect and act upon process variations. Initiate, manage, and participate in projects to improve wafer quality and yield to exceed customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have project management skills and manufacturing experience of medical devices or pharmaceutical products. She/he will contribute to projects ranging from technical problem resolution, product quality investigations, supplier qualification, process development and validation, and technology transfer.
