The Process Engineer is responsible for layout, improvement and reliability of the compression molding and seals finishing equipment, driving the optimization of equipment factors for OEE. A successful candidate will assist in maximizing the compression molding and finishing operations OEE.
In this role, you will define control parameters, develop and maintain monitoring systems to rapidly detect and act upon process variations. Initiate, manage, and participate in projects to improve wafer quality and yield to exceed customer expectations.
