Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope. Support COEs partners and drive local strategies in areas such as talent management, talent acquisition, compensation administration, training, AAP completion, and employee engagement.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide HR support in the areas of employee development, recruitment, compensation/benefits, organizational development, performance management and employee and labor relations.
Provide internal consulting services regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies and processes. Participate in developing best practices and implementing policies and processes as applicable.
In this role, you will provide input and assist in or lead efforts associated with change management efforts involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation.
