In this role, the selected candidate will partner with the Account Delivery Executives (ADE), Technical Account Manager (TAM) and other engineers to engage technology decision makers striving to understand their objectives and creatively overcome their greatest challenges.
The Field Application Engineer primary responsibility is to meet/exceed Regional Revenue and New Business Opportunity Wins plan in assigned territory and through teaming with channel partners at designated accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide System Hardware/Software Installation support including assembly, installation, and check out (testing) of hardware, software, peripheral equipment and telecommunications related equipment.
As a field service engineer, you will work at a variety of labs, so having a solid understanding of Agilents portfolio, and continuously learning about new instruments, software and consumables, is key.
In this role, you will perform customer demos, set up software aspects of evaluation boards, etc. in customer labs; replicate customer software issues in our labs and use appropriate test equipment to further diagnose.
